If you need any loan/mortgage lender advice please let me know as we are going through it all now.  Please allot at least 45-50 days AFTER your offer is accepted on a home to move in.  I saw you only wanted 2-3 months temporary living, but realistically even if you found your dream home in the first week and were already pre-approved it would be two months until you are actually getting the keys so plan accordingly.  Be sure to purchase your home before Dec. 1 so that you get the free $8000 tax credit on your 09 taxes!</description>
